A leading national law firm is looking for a CRM Manager to lead their implementation on a large scale. Reporting to the head of marketing, this individual will leverage his/her expertise in leading the strategy and implementation of CRM applications, such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.  The CRM Manager will take the lead on CRM initiatives organization-wide, will work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team, and will be the executive team’s Subject Matter Expert on all things CRM.
