Our client is looking for their next inspiring leader, their Director of Sales and Marketing. If you describe your career passion as that of a builder, an entrepreneur who thrives on providing a solution to a big challenge, this may be the right role for you. 

Our very fast growing startup client (now a medium sized organization) is quickly being recognized for their innovative advertising measurement solutions. They are in need of a Director to be focused on the best go-to market strategy, which will include building and surrounding yourself with a sales team that will bring this initiative forward. This is not a sales role but rather a lead strategist who will have a successful track record of creating scalable solutions. You'll also build community, create a strategy for organic interest in the brand, and develop process for how to best create and manage the sales funnel. Your team will likely expand 5X of the current direct reports within the year. 

Other assets for this opportunity:
  • 5+ years in marketing and sales leadership
  • 5+ years of 360 degree sales/marketing funnel experience
  • A strong relationship builder who is comfortable pitching as the SME, as a strong storyteller
  • The ability to motivate and empower a team of creative problem solvers
  • Experience working for a SaaS company in a digital marketing role 
  • A desire to be part of the leadership team, reporting into the COO and working closely with the CEO
