We're looking for a lead Account Manager to work with a mix of great clients, from mid size not for profit organizations, to large enterprise firms. Our client, an award winning marketing optimization firm, is one of our favourite groups to hire on behalf of.
What we really need is someone who can decipher client needs and grow existing accounts. You'll be the bridge between business development and the implementation team, although you'll be able to generate new leads and learn the entire process.
We require a really great relationship builder, someone who is self-motivated and enjoys customer service but on a more professional skill set level. You likely have at least 2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, and/or customer service.
We also need someone who is well versed in digital marketing. It’s ideal if you’ve analyzed digital analytics data before and you’re familiar with Google Analytics. We’d want someone who’d be excited by their findings and then wouldn’t hesitate to share them with internal stakeholders and presenting them to the client.
